Room was incredibly hot. Called front desk and was told the heat is on and you can't change your thermostat, just shut it off. It didn't help. Only one elevator was working of the four. Great hotel, well priced in a perfect location near all the shopping on Michigan Ave Magnificent Mile. The service was excellent, very friendly staff. Nice bar near the lobby, within walking distance of all the steak houses on Rush St.

Had a chance to stay at the Hilton Suites and attend a business conference. Clean rooms with great amenities. Location was supurb. easy walk to the Hancock and to shopping. Easy run to the lakefront and to all the other attractions in and around Chicago. Great city. Clean, Safe in downtown areas. Nice attractions. Decent shopping and great dinning.
