This hotel is perfectly located downtown Chicago within walking distance to everything. The staff here were some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever seen. That made my stay so enjoyable. Initially disappointed on the first night we were given a room that didn't meet our booking criteria. However after complaining to the manager we were upgraded next day and given complimentary breakfast and Internet. Excellent location would stay there again

Excellent location. Nice recently renovated room. But really small and a view of the brick facade next door. The elevators are both pathetically slow and small. Recommend staying on lower floor to be able to use stairs
