The hotel is located in a great area of Chicago near shopping and plenty of dining. The hotel itself left much to be desired though. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, but the noise from the hallways makes the stay uncomfortable at times. Every word of passing conversation can be heard from the guest rooms, and well as the cleaning staff conversations and walking talkies. If they could address this problem this would be a great place to stay. Very convenient location as well.
