Great Location, great View and extremely easy to get around in and out of the hotel !! Rooms sizes are compact but you can expect that in downtown Chicago... I stayed for 4 days including a weekend and totally had a lot of fun gathering the sights of downtown Chicago !!

Stayed for three days and ended up selling our house unexpectedly ( 500 miles away ) during that time. Staff was AMAZING with their support and assistance. Breakfast and evening meals were beyond our expectation. One of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at.

As other reviewers have noted, you can't get much better than this location for the tourist who wants to be downtown near shopping on Michigan Avenue and Oak Street, and taxis are easy to find here too. Perfect hotel for a couple's getaway or a small family. Located a short walk away from all the major attractions, it was nice to park and wander on foot. The only downside is the the parking rate in downtown Chicago is obnoxious.
