Great service--front desk person came down to greet us because he noted when we were coming in. Rooms clean and comfortable, but a little noisy. Location very convenient to theaters, Art Institute and mag mile. Parking fee is steep--$42 per night. Overall a very nice experience. More

Stayed here on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. Great location - everything we wanted was pretty much within walking distance.
