Our first visit to Chicago, were most fortunate to have chosen this hotel. Excellent location, great service, lovely clean rooms, good relaxing breakfasts, just wish we had booked a longer stay as we loved the hotel and the city.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Provided a crib at no extra cost. Had asked for an end room due limit noise which was not provided, but was very quiet none-the-less. Very hip but not pretentious. Would recommend.
