Marriott has it nailed. Very convenient location, especially to the Art Museum and good shopping. New property that was a bank in its previous life. Clean, contemporary and welcoming. Spa and workout facility on the basement level are first-class. Rooms are large. Bathroom has an electronic mirror with a TV insert.

Marriott knows how to wow. This is a great hotel in the financial district. The concierge really helped me with sightseeing after the business was handled. Arrived at 4pm and still got a shirt cleaned, coat pressed and shoes shined by 8am. Maria in the concierge lounge was very sweet and helpful during breakfast.

JW Marriott hotel was very good for my business trip. Impeccable cleanliness and service. Staff are also very nice and helpful My laundry was late one day and they apologized and gave a me free snack. Also business services were very good
