Excellent location close to the train from O'Hare, Magnificent Mile, jazz clubs and park. As tourists the concierge provided us with good suggestions for the 'Chicago' dining experience. Complimentary water bottles with filtered and chilled refill stations, no charge internet and printing along with free onsite laundry. Clean and. Comfortable rooms

Every year my friend and I meet and shop the Magnificent Mile for a weekend. We were fortunate enough to stay at Club Quarters. We were impressed by the location, the ease to get anywhere, as well as the "greenness of the hotel". I have stayed places all over the world and have never seen a hotel that has refillable... More

I was curious how this trip would pan out. The reviews I read looked good although some friends had their concerns i.e. climate control, rumors of bugs, size of rooms etc. I can honestly say I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and although small, was not bad at all (I am not sure if there... More

Also called "Riverview Hotel". I didn't realize it was a Club Quarters until check in. Good location- easy to walk down State Street or up Michigan. Very basic rooms...not much fluff. But clean and roomy enough.

We booked this hotel for the convenient location to a business venue, which was stellar. The lobby and entrance are beautiful, a blend of historic architecture and clean modern decor. We reserved a superior room which is really a mini suite with a little kitchenette area, a sitting area and adjacent queen bed. We arrived late at night and at... More

We stayed over the weekend and our stay was very pleasant. There's a good italian restaurant in the first floor and they can deliver to your room. My only complaint would be that the room was very small and we could hear all the noise from the street. Our room was on the 29th floor. Def would stay here again.... More

Second time I've stayed here and I got upgraded to a superior room. The room is moderately sized with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, sofa, comfy chair and modest bathroom. The hotel has good wifi and facilities, including free bottled water. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. However, the best thing about this hotel is it's location, right on the corner... We found this because of expedia. Never heard of it but willing to take a chance because of perfect location. We read the rooms were very small so we upgraded to $119 (from $99). Rooms were very clean, down comforter, comfortable chair, widescreen TV, and our window looked out on the River, which was super important because it was St.... More

Stayed at the hotel over st patricks day weekend, nice no frills hotel, great location to the river and close to my favourite spots on Hubbarb and Mag Mile. Room was super small compared to other hotels but if you are not in there much should not be an issue. Nice that the room window could be opened for the... More

You can't beat the downtown location...near Michigan avenue for shopping and close to the river. The room was small, but we were not in it that much, so it was fine. Free bottles and refills of water to grab as you head out for the day were a nice touch. We used the work out room. It was quite small... More
