We spent 4 nights here. Really good on-line rate of about $50 per night. The heater in our room was not responding to the thermostat, so the room would be alternately hot and cold. Our fault for not changing rooms. Room clean and comfortable and large. Free parking including a covered area which was handy given the 6" snow the... More

I was in Chicago early morning to catch flight back to India when I realized that flight is going to be 10 hours late due to technical snag and it was touch to wait so long. I decided to go to Holiday Inn and thought of taking a good sleep but it was a good hotel and hospitality to enjoy... More

Stayed here just for a night in April while flying off to Dallas. The hotel was not great at all. Check in went on good but room was not in a good condition and had to get it sorted. Didn’t enjoy the bed as well and had a uncomfortable night. I think the only advantage is closeness to the airport.

I had a serious problem upon arrival at this hotel. I have had previously called and asked if I would be able to check in earlier since I would arrive from an international flight that was really long and would be tired. The person that answered the phone said it could be arranged. However, when I arrived, the guy at... More

Nice hotel to park and fly, quiet rooms, close to airport and great covered parking, we were in Mexico 12 days and car was very secure in the garage.

The rest of the reviews on here pretty much sum up my experience. I will admit, there was a difference between the day and night staff. The day staff was average, the night staff was horrible! The Assistant Manager, Demetrius Hall, was one of the most UN-HOSPITABLE people I have ever met. Rather then listen to my complaint, he raised... More

I am rather surprised by all the negative reviews of this property. I have stayed here numerous times, both when it has been a Holiday Inn and in its previous incarnation as a Clarion. The place is affordable, and I've never had a bad experience here. It's not the most modern decor, but the rooms have always been clean and... More

I missed my connection in Chicago having traveled 20 hours from Saudi Arabia Via London and very tired. I was booked for the next morning and sent to this hotel by American Airways. I was very supprised to find such a nice hotel and I have nothing to complain about at all. I have read the negative reviews from other... More

1. There was a wedding party on the night when I was staying. After a long flight, I arrived the hotel after 12 in the midnight, and felt very tired. The guests at the party were very very noise. They occupied and crowded the elevator and totally ignored my intention to go down the the lobby. very uncomfortable. 2. Find... More

Dirty Lobby & Elevator, needs cleaning and waxed. Gym was a death trap, no one told me till my last night that you could use Bally's. Hallways are nasty, carpet was old and stained. Employees were not engaging, did not show urgency on anything, shuttle took 45 minutes to get to the airport, even after being told it was around... More
