Check in was quick/courteous and a bottle of water was offered.
My room was an upgraded media suite (couldn't imagine paying more for this, however). The room was hot and I called for a fan but none were available. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice.

Wow! I forgot how crazy flying in and out of O' Hare can be. Used to live in Chicago, so never really had a need to stay at the airport. What a great place to start or end a trip. Traffic at the airport was insane on a Sunday night. What a pleasure to get there. Check in was flawless....
