I checked in, was greeted as a Priority Club member, given a little snack and given my room key by a very nice young lady. My room was very well kept. No funny smells, or anything that needed to be cleaned.

This Holiday Inn is the only 3 star rated hotel on Priceline so I was able to negotiate a $30 discount on Priceline and new that I would get this hotel. I stayed here 2 nights on business. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. The room was beautiful, and seemed very new. (Not sure when this place opened). The design was excellent, and bed was extremely comfortable. I really wanted to stay longer. If you are looking for a place to stay in Carbondale, I recommend this.

Very nice, clean entrance and lobby. Friendly staff. The room was perfect, and I am picky. Very clean pool. Small, but good enough to relax in. Restaurants conveniently located in front of the hotel. Did not go to the attached restaurant. A bit pricey compared to the other hotels in Carbondale, but worth it. would recommend it to everyone.

The service and staff are phenomenal here. Everything is like new. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well=maintained. This hotel is an exceptional value too. The free wi-fi was great.
