I apologize that your stay was anything less than satisfactory. It is standard for our rooms to have irons, soap etc. We keep our Irons behind the bathroom doors. Please contact the hotel regarding black mold, as this is a very serious issue and we need to have it resolved. gm@midwaydaysinn.com More

I apologize for the inconvenience. We have been monitoring all of our ptac units to make sure that they are prepared for the summer months, but unfortunately they do sometimes break. We have our engineering department working on the ptacs, as well as cleaning the hallway carpets to help keep the hotel smelling fresh. I have discussed the burn holes... More
