Currently staying at this hotel (4/25/12). Hallways SMELL like fish and curry. Carpets are in need to desperate cleaning. They provide free wifi. No other free amenities that are attractive. Laundry is $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. Detergent is $1.00 per pack. A bit steep to do laundry here if you ask me.

This hotel is very convienently located, and the staff are very cordial and efficient. The rooms come with a mini kitchen that makes quick snacks easy and affordable. There is ample parking, and multiple entries which make access a breeze. All in all a very pleasant experience. Definitely the best value for price in town!

Got the room for $35 on Priceline and I overpaid. Uncomfortable bed, scratchy sheets, and a dirty carpet. Checked in at midnight during a road trip and by 2 am I was calling nearby hotels to see if I could find a new room.
I went in to speak with someone about receiving a corporate rate for a total of 3-4 weeks of upcoming stas. It didn't smell too nice in the lobby and looked messy, really messy.

If your looking for a free breakfast, pool or workout room this isn't the place for you. If you looking for a clean room at a very reasonable rate, friendly staff and every eatery and shopping convience close, this is the place for you. Reserved 2 kitchenettes 8/5/11 to 8/7/11. Both rooms were clean and the kitchen had all the comforts of home (utensils, pot, skillet, plates, etc.). Got a good night sleep each night. Food was ordered from the local pizza palor. Staff was friendly and check-in / check-out was a breeze. We will be back!

But I guess for the price they charge they can't afford a remodel. Extended Stays are designed for weekly tenants, not vacationers looking for a couple of nights' stay. That is why there is no pool and no daily housekeeping. However, we were able to drop off our soiled towels and pick up clean towels on demand.
