I would not reccommend to my cat. This place was smelly, I didn't want to even take my shoes off. This is one old motel 6 that is ran down. Staff was friendly at the front desk but again staff is not sleeping in the room, I will never sleep here again.

Noisy. Shower uncomfortable for anyone over 5-6. No outlets near the desk. A bit run down. Did I mention noisy? Road noise, next room noise, above room noise, pipe noise.
Nice staff who solved problems after someone mistakenly changed our reservation.
Overall, I would never stay here again.

First visit to Moscow Idaho and stayed at the Palouse Inn. Room was very clean, no funny smells. Bathroom was spotless. Hotel staff Patti and Jessie are the best. Hotels.com made errors on my reservation (will NEVER book another hotel through Hotels.com website) and Patti and Jessie cleaned up Hotels.com mess with patience and professionalism. Great location too. My teen...

This hotel was centrally-located in town. The room was clean and simply furnished. Appreciative that there was a microwave in the room. The price was right for our short visit in town. The free breakfast was very sparse, consisting of a few pre-packaged pastries. Plan on providing your own breakfast!

When it's a special weekend at one of the local universities, you sometimes don't have much of a choice when it comes to lodging, because everything is booked up far in advance. When everything else is full, the Palouse Inn is better than sleeping in your car, but that's not saying much -- especially when it costs $130 per night!...
