This was a great hotel we found by luck as we were driving through Idaho Falls on the way to Arizona. The room was very reasonably priced, spacious and comfortable. The room rate included a discount at the restaurant and a 2-for-1 drink token. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant had a $5.50 buffet which was good value. The location and hotel presentation set my expectations for an amazing stay but I was disappointed. From the moment we walked into the hotel at 6 pm. it seemed as if we were walking into a morgue. My wife and I visited the Idaho Falls for a job interview within the area. Overall the hotel was pretty awesome for the price range to be honest. There was an issue getting us into our hotel on time but the manager upgraded us and we were settled and content. We made the reservation on the internet direct with RLInn. Arrived at a busy checkin time and until almost all waiting were checkec in , another front desk person came to help!
