“Eagle watching”

December-January are eagle watching months for CD'A Lake. We stayed the first week in January and there were still hundreds of eagles to watch! They are there for the kokanee salmon spawning. “Don't mind the Fact you can not drink the polluted water in the unit.”

Julie the rental agent forgot to mention that the water has been heavily polluted since March 2010. They provide bottled water but make sure that you get no water in your mouth showering or brushing your teeth. There is a brief mention of the fact they provide "for your comfort bottled water" but not that it is toxic. We rented... More
