We stayed in this outstanding Inn and I only gave it one star. . . I meant to give it 5 stars. We love it!! Quiet, clean, friendly, accessible, and the decor is fresh and appealing. Good restaurants within driving distance.

We spent one night (king sized bed) for $75.00 total US funds. Very quiet and charming. Front desk staff were warm and gracious and we would definitely stay here again if in the area. We didn't use the indoor hot tub but it was across a beautiful little bridge that was snow covered and romantic.
This is a quirky little place. If you ever want to get the feel of staying in a log cabin, for the cost of a motel, this is the place for you. There were a couple of minor points that could have made our stay a fraction better, like a kettle/coffee maker in the room (we drink a lot of...

We stayed at the Bonners Ferry Log Inn one night. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. When we checked in the women at the desk was very helpful with suggestions and directions for places to dine. The wifi worked great, the beds were comfy, the price was right. Who could ask for anything more?
Bonners Ferry was our stop-over spot on our drive from Portland to Calgary. The Log Inn was very reasonably priced, the hosts were very friendly, and the log-walled, log-furniture room was clean, large, and very comfortable. There was no road noise--you are back somewhat from the road, and the pond, with fountain, is in between the motel and the highway....

We have been looking for years for a good place to stop between our home in Calgary and Washington state. What a GREAT find. Very friendly owners and we LOVED the log furniture and our very clean room. The bed was very comfortable and we heard NO road noise. We will return on our next visit to the states.
This is probably and older motel that was recently remodeled. It has a cosy western theme. The grounds have a hot tub, a pond and is nicely kept. They advertised a continental breakfast but it was just juice, tea, coffee and a pound cake like bread, which knocked a star off of my rating.
First time here and it won't be the last. We stayed here as a jump off point for our Montana road trip. The room was great. Clean, cozy and well maintained. The log furniture was well made and comfortable. The bed was a dream. Slept like a log. Did not hear one bit of road noise. Will gladly stay again.
We loved this hotel because we got there late and we were weary from driving for hours. This place is just south of the Canada/USA border so it's a good first stop to rest as you go on your way to explore the area. The owners are great, and we ended up coming back on the last night of our...

We checked into Room 17 with a King Size bed and a large bunk bed with my wife and two sons. It was clean and comfortable with complimentary WiFi.
We checked in with the owners' daughter. Extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The next morning, we had our complimentary continental breakfast. The most wonderful poppy seed bread with almond icing I...
