I love this place and the beautiful setting. The lodge has wonderful views and it was like staying in a rustic cabin. I stay at the Mountain Top Inn frequently, and the lodge never disappoints! When traveling to and from Columbus, I would much rather stay at the lodge and have a longer drive than stay in an ordinary, boring hotel room in Columbus. And why not...the rustic lodge and beautiful views are so much more enjoyable than views traffic and freeways.... More

“One sentence? One word. Fantasic!!!”

Everything was perfect. Two suggestions though. Need trash can at picnic tables, and an (old folks) swing at grill area would be nice! The scenery is awesome, and the rooms are quiet clean, and peaceful.

“Great Experience at Mountain Top Inn”

We had a great experience staying in a lodge room on Hwy 190. The room was clean. Loved the beautiful natural wood interior of the room. The rocking chairs on the back porch enabled us to enjoy the mountain view.

We had stayed in these cabins at the past and remembered that the cabins were somewhat rustic but comfortable. This time our cabin was poorly maintained and appeared old and run down.
