Rooms are very small and very dated. Door does not close tight and day light along with air enters room. Thought it was pricy for the time of year, it is near the beach so it expains the price. I guess if the beach is your priority, you can handle the room. Was not dirty but not real clean.

The room was the cleanest room for a motel I had seen in yrs. I had been at Daytona in July of this yrs I stayed at a ritzy motel and resort it was awful compared to this. I will be back!!! Thank you RoyalPalm!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice atmosphere and just the right walking distance to everything without being right in the middle of the crowd. Cold A/C. Only mini-complaint was parking spaces were based on mini-cars.

Very basic, extremely clean rooms. The pool is very nice and clean, too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's fairly close to the beach but it was too far to walk with all our stuff - chairs, cooler, etc. The are lots of parking spaces near the beach on the side streets. We would definitely come back!
