They advertise continental Breakfast and all they have is dry cereal. No milk. If you can stomache the smell of the "lobby" you can eat dry cereal as your continental breakfast. Seems to be a typical Arab owned hotel. Cheap and more cheap. For the most part it is clean but the carpets are stained as well as the sheets... More

There are not many options in the Summerville/Trion area, so we decided to stay at this motel. We knew it would be far from luxury, but figured that as long as it was clean everything would be fine. There is a nice garden at the hotel. They rent to families and businesses. They are very community friendly folks. The rooms are clean.

I really like is hotel. I travel to summerville very 2 weeks and always stay at Express Inn & Suites. The rooms are very clear, the service is really nice and the rate is low too.

“Not Too Bad For The Price.”

At $55.00 even (including tax) this property is decent value for the money. It's not anything fancy but it not's bad either. For a traveler just needing someplace to lay your weary head you really can't go wrong here.
