This was a nice hotel...they gave us a suite that was the size of a studio apartment! Very clean and most important the bed was very comfortable! “Nice place to stay”

The room and bathroom were clean. The first room though nonsmoking smelled terrible from smoking so they moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. One elevator was broken but the other one worked. The breakfast was complimentary and adequate.

Thank you for the positive feedback from your stay with us. I hope to have both elevators running soon as we switched vendors to Otis. When traveling in the Thomson, GA area again we would welcome you to stay with us again. More

Overall, my stay at the Comfort was not bad. The room was spacious and had room to move around. Love the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. I always stayed at the older hotel across the highway but decided to try this one on my latest stop in Thomson. Good choice! Friendly service, clean, comfortable, good breakfast - a very good value. Definitely recommend!

“Okay, but could be better.”

Older hotel. Rooms could be nice , but hotel not kept up well. Room had soap scum and hair on sink in bathroom. Hair and grime in corners and tub. Friendly front desk girl. Okay breakfast.

This is a great value if you are a senior looking for a place outside Atlanta, almost to Augusta. The hotel accepts animals with a reasonable fee and the door to an outside green space is convenient for the traveler and their animal. Anyone going to Thomson probably already realizes there aren't a lot of hotel choices. Comfort Inn is adequate and very likely the best of what's available, but it doesn't much to deserve the rating.
