Oceanwalk is a condo/townhouse community of privately owned units that I would guess was built in the 1980’s. A number of the owners rent their places out through third party rental agents when they are not using the unit themselves. It is located close to the local airport, but plane noise was not an issue. We stayed at the Ocean Walk condos in July 2011. I spoke to someone by phone at the office to make the reservation, and found the person to be a little abrupt and not especially helpful so I was a little nervous about whast to expect when our family of 4 arrived. My family and I stayed at Ocean Walk for a week. The buildings all differ in layout, but our unit in Building L had a decent sized living room with a couch and recliner, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
