stayed at this hotel 10/24/2012, Hotel looked ok but sheets were horrible and the noise level was unnaceptable. People next door were taking showers and we could not even hear our TV because walls were so thin. We were close to lobby so noise from there all night. Almost no sleep. Would not stay here again. The cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways was a first bad impression. Then when I went in my non-smoking room that wreaked of cigarettes that just totally did it for me. Then in the bathroom there was poop on the side of the commode...Really....

After a long day of driving down hwy 27, we were exhausted by the time we reached Rome. The only thing that made my stay better was the very helpful staff. KC at the front desk was wonderful. Excellent customer service. She was very helpful and joyful. I had forgotten to bring certain items with me and she got them for me immediately.

From the time we called to make the reservation to the time we checked out the customer service was excellent. It was my first time staying in a Jameson Inn and I will most certainly do so again. The General Manager Christopher Darwin is amazing!
