Stayed here after a great experience at a HI in Atlanta but were a little disappointed. Room was clean and well appointed but carpet certainly showed signs of wear. “Unprofessional Staff”

I'm in the lobby right now trying to enjoy a Saturday breakfast, and the desk clerk is screaming profanities in his conversation with another employee. We stay at this hotel several times a year. The folks here are always welcoming, the service is great, and the rooms are always clean. The complimentary breakfast is always tasty, also. We highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Rome, GA.
