The room we reserved didn't exist in the hotel. No coffee in room, no hot breakfast (cook out?), no water or hand sanitizer in workout room, broken equipment, under staffed, AC broken in room - hot always even after maintenance checked it. Stayed here 5 nights for business in August 2010. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location was rather odd, next to a mostly-abandoned strip mall. Nothing to write home about, but no complaints either. From the recent reviews I see, looks like this place has deteriorated seriously. More
