We had 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor... NOTE - try not to get a room near the stairs - the late check-ins going up and down will wake you up. The rooms were great and well appointed. Microwave, fridge, nice linens and beds... my only issue - housekeeping should look at the room from the guests point of... More

We've been slowly moving across the country with three little kids, three adults, and a cat. Finding a place with adjoining rooms, microwave and fridge, pet friendly, clean and safe has been tricky, at times. If you add amenities like a sofa sleeper with clean linens, a pool that's open, and quality of the furnishings, and add Cracker Barrel next... More

We had mixed feelings about staying at this Quality Inn. It has all exterior corridors, which means that we were awakened by slamming car doors, reving engines, and car security "beeps" before dawn every morning. Our room itself was clean and comfortable except for having lots of flies. I know that in the south, bugs are everywhere, but I've never... More

I have stayed her more than once and it seems that each time I go back this hotel gets worse or maybe my standards are just higher than they used to be. Either way I am really surprised that this hotel continues to have a Gold Award. The carpet in the room was very dirty and everything else was very... More

Upon arrival I found our room to be smelly and dirty!! There were several spider webs in the room and my daughter found a spider in her shoe the next morning. The flies were so bad in the room my husband was tempted to go to walmart in middle of night to by fly strips!! The toliet paper holder in... More

My family was staying in Madison for a 4H BB tournament. We were disappointed that the pool was closed even though they say that it is open April- October. The photos on the internet are very misleading as the room was smaller than appeared in the photo. The staff was nice. Breakfast was crowded and layout of items available was... More

The hotel is a little difficult to find, you have to drive behind a Cracker Barrel and through their parking lot. Checkin was a breeze and only took about two minutes. Other reviewers are correct, it is noisy in some rooms since the motel is very close to Interstate 20, but I slept with earplugs and had no problem sleeping... More

We stayed Oct 12th and 13th. My wife had cigarettes, lip gloss and eyeliner stolen from our room. Also, I went to unplug a lamp to plug in my phone charger, and the cord shot out blue sparks. When I talked to the manager, he said that the housekeeper didn't smoke, and didn't seem to care that the cord had... More

Had very little sleep as was traffic noise all night long. Told manager about it the next day and her response was I can' help traffic noise. All I wanted was a apology which did not come. Killed a cockroach by our bed and only one concerned was a house keeper. Stay away as manager was not at all sympathetic... More

Stopped here after getting rained out of my work schedule. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise, desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well furnished, got a good nights sleep and enjoyed a decent breakfast. I would stay here again but, I don't ever expect to end up in Madison again. More
