My husband and I stayed one night, although we saved a few dollars; it was not worth it. The first thing I noticed was an ash tray in the room, yet a sign on the door stated non-smoking. The bathroom had not been cleaned, trash and hair was on the floor, and old soap was left in shower, the tub was dirty. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I suffer with allergic rhinitis and asthma, the next morning my symptoms were flared and required medications. Upon arrival we had to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper because the room was not stocked; whoever the housekeepers are must be living in rooms between guests. Oh, and the air conditioner worked a little. We left a guest response card at front desk, it probabaly won't help the quality of this hotel, unsatisfactory!
