“Best place for the money in Helen”

$59 a night for a nice cozy and clean room. Positives- clean, cheap, decorative (outside mostly), very hospitable, walking distance to shops of Helen / Negatives- below par mattress, thin walls The owner did let us see inside one of the suites and we now wish we had gone that route. We actually have relatives in Helen, Ga, but because my family was arriving at the wee hours of the morning we chose to get a room. Our relatives let us know that the Heidi Motel had been recently reopened and was ready for business!! What a great family owned motel. They met all our needs to make our short sleep... More

This is a hidden gem in Helen, Ga. A super clean, very nice hotel that you must see to believe. Aslo have fast FREE internet!!!
