The place is clean, The staff is helpful. Thursday evening it had a meet and greet buffet and refreshment. It has many restaurants within walking distance. Publix grocery store is a block away. It's closed to Interstate I695 so getting to Atlanta or Athens or other towns is easy.

Good hotel. Near nice strip mall with grocery and nice restaurants. Clean and nice rooms. Could have been higher stars however waited ten minutes for someone to come to desk in early evening. We ate at the Mexican restaurant next to the grocery store, food was good.

I work in the travel industry and would recommend this hotel to any traveler! The staff members were excellent! Breakfast was amazing... Pool was clean...Room was so nice...Easy Check in.... Just all in all a 5 star property.

I stayed here for a weekend and what a great experience. The moment I walked into the hotel the manager and staff were extremely helpful going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The entire staff was exceptional. The eating area was extremely clean. I was very pleased with my stay here.

Recent stay overnight at Hampton Inn & Suites Flowery Branch with my husband. No acknowledgement of Gold status, had to request upgrade which was then promptly given. On arrival to room, the carpet was very badly stained in mulitple places. This room is long overdue for a refreshing, the carpet wasn't all that was in poor shape. Disappointed.
