Very comfortable room. There was a basketball tournament going on and I had to call security at midnight to get the kids to quite down but they did and I didn't have any noise the following night. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. We took the hotel shuttle to the conference center and that was convenient! I do wish there was a continental breakfast. I feel that for the price of the room, it would have been nice to have that included. There are, however, other breakfast options within walking distance.

I stay at this hotel frequently. It is newly remodeled and very nice. One my last visit I realized I had forgotten my iPhone cord. The front desk attendant went to lost and found and got one for me to use during my stay. Very helpful

This hotel is finishing up a remodel project to update an already great property. Great staff from the front desk to the dinning team. Great location with onsite dinning and several other options just across their parking lot.

I've stayed here 3 times for a conference at the Gwinnett Center. It is a very good location, the staff is always great and the breakfast is delicious. The only issue is that the rooms need to be updated a bit. The rooms are clean but the mattresses/furnishings could use a bump up.

The staff at this hotel were the most helpful and friendly I have ever encountered at any hotel. They greeted me by name when I arrived (nice trick!) and shuttled me and my heavy exhibit boxes to the conference center with great cheerfulness.
