We just needed an overnight room...tired from traveling most of the day. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable, TV small flat screen, but sufficient for us. The breakfast was the typical HI Express breakfast, which was sufficient for us. All the staff members we encountered were friendly, especially at breakfast. We would stay again. More

While trying to check into this hotel, the Guest Service Agent was in the lobby hanging over the banister yelling to another employee. While this was happening the GM was in her office and did nothing to acknowledge that I was standing there or that her employee was acting in that manor. More
