We got a great rate with a conference, and chose it based on Marriott's reputation. Perhaps it is just the hard economy. Bed was great, linens great but no fridge tho promised, nearest ice machine was out of order, and the whirlpool was out of order. More

The rooms are set up awkwardly. The tv is to the side of the bed. The bathroom has a strange sliding door that works poorly. The side door key works intermittently. The staff was friendly but we called the front desk and did not get an answer which is unacceptable to me. The walls are thin. More
