This MOTEL is sooooo dirty. We opened the cabinet next to the mini frig and it was filled with DEAD cockroaches! The bedspread smelled like it had NEVER been washed and when you go to the office the smell of fried food and grease will make you vomit. They need to tear this dump down and build something new. We recently stayed here while our son played college baseball. The pictures on the website do this place justice. The people that "run" the hotel us run the dive across the street. Room was relatively clean, but had 1/4" crack between floor and bath tub. A little caulk would help. Beautiful, perfectly located and great deal! A little outdated, but looked as though the bathroom had recently been redone. We stayed with our two kids, loved the water, the morning view and the closeness to Legoland - ALL for less than half the price of the Holiday Inn!
