Helpful front desk staff, room on ground floor was comfortable and clean. Only down point was someone trying (in vain) to start their car outside our widow at 6am.
Breakfast was pretty standard, fruit disappears quickly! Breakfast room was large and airy and tables were cleaned quickly.

Staff provided over night amenities and were very helpful. They located phone charges one was one of theirs and made our stay great. Price and Value very good. Food at breakfast was good and overall I enjoyed staing here.

Much deferred maintenance, lackluster front desk staff (not helpful in locating local attractions-referred us to the internet instead). Cleaning staff failed to replenish room supplies several times. You need to hop on I-95 and go south one exit to find plentiful choice of restaurants. In the future I'd stay elsewhere.

Front desk people were great but beyond that it is a horrible place to stay. Room felt dirty. Faucet in shower was almost disconnected due to dry rot as was the hanging bar for clothes that took the place of a closet. They neglected to clean room one day, and the other did not get to it till 4 pm....

No frills, clean with basic's "only". Nice tv with no HD??? Not many restaurants close, but "gentlemans club" close by. Walking distance. Ok for men but limited for ladies that like conveniences. Glass of wine with dinner, etc. 4 miles minimum for decent restaurants.

We try to stay at Holiday Inn's wherever possible as we believe they provide good value and are usually at a very good standard. This hotel was as expected, although the staff were just a bit more friendly so it made it a bit above the rest.
