They've done some work to refresh their room interiors, but we had 2 rooms, neither one had operational heaters, & it got down below 40 degrees outside. I booked this motel through Hotwire. It is conveniently located a short distance from the interstate and is in close proximity to the outlet mall. The former Best Western is rather dated. For a quick one night stay, thus was a very convenient location. The room was very average, and the toilet was overflowing. The po ol looked nice, but the self service breakfast was truly awful.

Booked this for a one night stay.Rooms were dated , the bar closed early and breakfast was nothing special.Wouldn't stay here again.

Service- room was not ready at checking time. When we finally got the room, within the first 30 mins of been in the room 2 housekeepers open our door without knocking. We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We arrived in town without lodging reservations and they accomodated us very nicely, even allowing us to check in 2 hours early, being exhausted from traveling 18 hours already.
