“Loved Downtown Venice”

This is one of those old family-run spotless Florida hotels that are such treasures. Beautiful grounds, gas grills, pool, bikes, great place for family gatherings or just a getaway. “My favorite place to visit”

This is the second time I stayed at the Villa. It is in a perfect location to the beaches and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I definitely will return in the fall. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This cute place is owned by a married couple and has a nostalgic vibe. The office closes at 5pm each day. I rented a one bedroom unit for one month. “Perfect in Every Way”

Loved this place and wished they were available for 3 extra nights. The ability to walk to the gulf and find shark teeth and sea glass was amazing. We were so happy with our villa on Menendez. The pool was clean and warm. The area was lush and clean also. Very nice, peaceful place to stay. There are chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. We have stayed at Venice Villas two years in a row for 5-6 nights. It is quite, clean and conformable with great pool. They have bikes and beach equipment for borrowing, parking is good, everyone pleasant. Close to town, convenient, and reasonably priced too. Would definitely stay again!!
