Decent hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only complaints were the construction on US 19 made it difficult getting in and out, the carpets needed a good cleaning and the phone service in the hotel was poor. I would recommend it and stay there again. More

Service is terrible. Desk clerk and staff could care less if guest is satisfied. Had housekeeping issue and got a sarcastic note from housekeeping with no resolution. Guest room carpets are filthy. Bed linens and towels are very worn and stained. Beds lumpy. Rooms need a good coat of paint.Not sure how this property can keep the Hampton name. More
