Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Easy to get to. Can be tight for Big Rigs. Pads close to one another. Highway noise 24/7. Dirt pads. Lady that works there needs to work on being nice. Witnessed her being incredibly rude to another person.

After 4 days trying to get ahold of this lady to pay her, we were late check in they said come to office after noon next day, We did, no answer, next day she said she would come by, never showed up, finally next day we caught them in the office and went up to pay for our stay for the month. I am disabled and have a service animal, hes not big, hes medium sized, my disability is neurological and physiological. So I don't need a big service animal. Well, I steped one foot in the office door before she started screaming to get out he cant come in here, I said, hes a service dog it's ok, she began yelling so I started the shakes, part of my disability, and my dog took me outside the door where we stood while my wife tried to tell her she can not refuse service to the disabled or refuse entrance in a place of business with a service dog, she tried to tell her ADA.gov has all the info on it, she said she was not going to argue about it, so I told the wife who was inside lets just pay for the days we stayed and go somewhere else, she said no youre not paying for nothing, youre hooking up and leaving right now. So I have no receipt or anything for the time I was there. I wanted to pay, but she kicked us out because I dare to have a service animal. I got kicked out of the park for having a service dog!!! So we spent the rest of the day, packing, moving, unpacking, and now my wife is finishing her day of work, keep in mind this was the middle of the work day, when she kicked us out, it could have cost us her job too.. Do not go here if you have a service animal. These people are not accommodating nor are they empathetic or cordial. I called the Sheriff and they sent someone out to have a talk with them about the ADA laws. You can NOT refuse entrance into a place of business to a disabled person with a service dog! Period. Ive called the disability rights center, I will contact ADA tomorrow, the local advocacy group, and the CDR. I will find the owner and contact him as well. I will make sure no one will ever be discriminated against again, especially our veterans..

My family recently stayed here on a trip to Silver Springs. We really liked this campground. It is off the beaten path a bit, but it was super-quiet. The owners were very friendly. They tried to be helpful any way that they could... they offered to give us information about the area and let us check out after lunch because we had a tour scheduled for that morning. I was prepared to pay extra for the late check out, but she just said come get the camper when you get done. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen ANYWHERE (including Disney!). The site was fairly large and level. Everyone on property was very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This park is well off the main road on sandy roads. There are potholes that you have to be careful of when coming in. Make sure when you come in that you follow directions on website not GPS. But the best thing is that it is very quiet with no road noise. Bathrooms were kept very clean. Laundry - 1.25 to wash, .75 for dryer - there is also a clothesline that can be used. Grass sites (need board for jacks) - nothing fancy but the monthly rate is great. No WiFi, limited Cable TV. Pull-through deep fit truck, 5th wheel and car. People were all pleasant. Would go back again

We originally booked 3 days but liked it so much that we stayed 6 days. It's very quiet which was our favorite part. No road noise at all. They don't have wifi but the do have cable just not a lot of channels. They have a community building where they have events like game night and bingo. While you're staying at Whispering Pines be sure and have Lloyd wash your RV. He does it right at your site for $2 per foot. He washes the roof and all sides. He did a great job and no waiting in line at a truck wash.

This campground is about a mile off the main road so you will have a very quiet stay. The bathrooms were very well kept and the laundry area was super clean as well. The permanent campers are very nice and helpful. It is minutes from Ocala and other activities. The pond is small. There is a walking trail along the back of the campground. I did not take trail while we were there so I cannot voice my opinion. Internet is available at the office via a landline.

The RV park was less than we expected after lengthy research. The roads getting to the park are horrible with lots of potholes. The owners were not on site therefore, the office was not open. There was only 1 washer & 1 dryer. There were old, dilapidated trailers sitting around which detracted from the overall appearance of the park. On the positive side, the sites were level and the park was quiet. Not much else I can add to that. We would not recommend this park to anyone and would not stay here again.
