There's always something to say about staying in a piece of history. If you are expecting central AC, walk-in showers or ceiling fans, then you need to upgrade to the Penthouse. But the beds were extremely comfortable, the grounds and inside are very well kept and their continental breakfast had a very nice variety of just about anything you wished.... More

We only Stayed one night was not the average cookie Cutter hotel. This place if very different in many ways a little out dated in the decor but staff were friendly. The air conditioners are window type units it seemed. Loved the old charm and sitting on the front porch at night . Most of the others looked like they... More

The service at the front desk and room is excellent. They are very friendly and do not mind sharing their knowledge with you about the surrounding restaurants and attractions. This was our second stay for four nights in two years. We love the location, the friendliness of the residents of Sebring and surrounding cities. The lodge has and air of... More

Lovely, old and historical. But rooms were outdated. Walls were hollow. Doors were wooden and lights from hallway shining thru at night. Dresser didn't function. My wife and I did not like it because there were too many drinking and smoking golfers and kids running thru the hallways up until midnight. Place is loud. If you are a golfer, drinker, smoker... We stayed four nights at this classic old hotel. It is conveniently located, and generally in good repair. There is a comfortable lounge area, with a large fireplace. The breakfast was satisfying. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

This is not your typical, new and very clean hotel. The rooms are quite old (I believe the hotel is almost 100 years old), but the room we rented had a new refrigerator, updated bathroom, new unit air conditioner and newer, cotton bedding. I rented this room for my nephew while we were visiting family. He has two young children,... More

The only reason we have not given this hotel a 1 star rating is that they had a room available during the Sebring 12 Hour, when everything else within 30 miles was sold out. But that should have been waring enough. We made the reservation for an "updated Poolside Room", but when we checked in they said they had made... More

We were in Sebring for race week, so you have to keep in mind the demand for rooms. We were fortunate to get a "cottage" room at the back. It was fine for our purposes, but I wouldn't say it was luxury accommodation. It was pretty cold in the mornings. There wasn't a huge choice for breakfast but tea, toast... More

We are a senior couple who stayed for 4 nights here in Feb. 2013. We got a great deal on Groupon and found it a really unique experience. My husband loved the golf package, and there are lots of good courses at reasonable prices in the area. We especially enjoyed the huge lobby area which was the hub of activity... More

Since we arrived on a rather soured note from another old historic hotel experience we expected the worse. We were met at the front desk by a very nice outgoing young man whom had also taken my call of desperation at finding a new room to flee the filthy one we were booked in. We were checked in at 10...
