This was our first visit to Watercolor Inn and everything was perfect! Service was impeccable, the room beautifully decorated and so comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing! We will definitely return!

The beaches along Florida's Emerald Coast are spectacular! Just returned from this destination and we have decided to return every year if possible! This resort has the nicest beaches and a GREAT location next to area State Parks. Amenities are wonderful, rooms are extra clean and well furnished. Food is great too! Very high quality experience in a casual way. Love.

In early January, I booked, and paid for, a Coastal view room for two nights. On arrival we were assigned a Dune View and were told unfortunately no higher level rooms were available. I produced the confirmation but didn't get satisfaction. Dune views at sunset don't meet my expectations.

The condition of the property is horrible. Carpet and upholstery were stained.
