We have stayed at the Signal Inn once or twice a year every year since 1992. Needless to say... we love it. The managers, Chuck & LeeAnn are superior. The condos have everything you need. Just bring your clothes and suntan lotion! The Signal Inn is quiet and peaceful. We are counting the days until our next visit. More

This is our first stay at the Signal Inn... Everything was great from the get-go... The staff is super friendly and helpful! The unit we rented (3/1) had EVERYTHING one could possibly need for a home-away-from-home vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, extra linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, bbq area, a lovely, quiet, clean beach, then you... This was the 6th time I have stayed at the Signal Inn, the 5th with my family. The location cannot be beat - in the middle of the island, right along the beach. We've stayed in 4 of the larger units. All are nicely appointed - clean, good beds, laundry in the units. The kitchens are fantastic - allowing us... More

We stayed in a beach cottage with a great location at end of boardwalk leading to the beach. Were there for 5 days and brought our daughters and the dog. I understand that the units which allow pets may be a little rougher in wear and tear than the others, but the owners hadn't updated this one in a while(the... More

In 1983 we were looking for a nice layed back beach where we could enjoy with our family and our dog and we stumbled upon Signal Inn. Our experience was next to perfect. Within 3 weeks we were back just my husband and myself, with Samantha, our dog for a great weekend And that is how we started our Signal... More

My husband and I and our friends returned this week from a wonderful vacation at Signal Inn. Our townhouse was WONDERFUL. It was beautifully decorated with all the luxuries you have at home. The grounds are landscaped and LeeAnn was most helpful with her recommendations for restaurants. It's nice to have property managers on site but since everything was perfect... More

We just returned from a wonderful 6 night stay at the Signal Inn. We all loved it including our small dog. They are very dog friendly! We stayed in unit #9 which is a 2 bedroom with a screened in porch and sundeck. They even gave us a bottle of wine when we checked in! The beach was beautiful! The... More

If you want a small complex, low key, laid back atmosphere, then this is the spot. I seek out the small, more intimate properties where ever I go. The Signal Inn is just that. It is by no means a 5 star resort with over the top amenities, but rather a lazy, well kept seceret that allows you to relax... More

We made our first trip to Sanibel in 1982-83 and Signal Inn was still being developed. We took a chance on unknown accommodations and are we glad!!! We have returned every few years since the early 80's and would not stay anywhere else on the island. Over the years we have stayed in most of the available units either with... More
