We stayed here for the second time this year. Beware that many rooms do not have great views. If the description says "bay view" you will be on your balcony looking at the roof of another building and watching traffic on the busy (and noisy) Gulfside blvd. our unit was nicely equipped in the kitchen but TVs were not flat... I stayed in Rm 303. The owners of this particular condo had recently renovated it, and did a nice job. It seemed that most of the furniture, cabinets, appliances and flooring were all new. Just back from a wonderful weeks' stay at Gulf Gate. We had unit number 303...it was very comfortable. Large open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge. Flat screen TV in lounge with as many channels as you could wish for. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. This was our second time back in as many years. We rented the same unit, 402. I finally got to meet Anna Maria!! She is the sweetest lady you can imagine!! Loved her!! We had great weather. We are already booked for 2 weeks next year!! I love this place!!

We stayed here for 14 nights with our young kids. We found the unit to be excellent. The staff are wonderful, so nice and very welcoming. We have stayed in several places along St Pete but Gulf Gate really shines for us. Its ideal for families with small kids, quiet and great access to the beach. Can't wait to return!!
