Nice location, most staff helpful, parking is good, pool is freezing, beach is nice. Room W201 is nice, but pillows are disgusting, dead bugs on the floor when we got here and I kill 3 to 4 very large cockroaches a day!! The room was sprayed again yesterday, but no help. Front desk laughed about it. Recommend you stay elsewhere!

Very nice, clean condos. Family friendly & very nice staff. Eden has the best pool in Perdido Key....it's huge and has 3 water falls. There is also a heated indoor pool, 2 hot-tubs, and a baby pool. Eden is beach-side with clean facilities. Some of the rooms are older, but a lot have been refurnished and updated recently.

A piece of paradise off of the coast, with beautiful views from all units wonderful grounds and tranquil waterfalls. Great pools and amenities BBQ area and excellent staff. Beach is well kept no complaints from any level.

Beautiful condo in beautiful place. Beach service excellent. Dolphins sting rays and even a sea turtle swam along with us.
