Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and not like most typical hotel beds. If we return again, we will definitely stay again with La Quinta in Pensacola. Only change would be not staying on the 3rd floor as the stairs got a bit challenging.

10 minutes from the beach and does have some palm trees in the parking lot. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were somewhat renovated and for the most park they were pretty clean. I would stay there again.

I am a frequent traveler and we usually stay at the La Quinta Hotels. This Hotel Smelled like Urine and dirty feet. Also the Bath Tub was very dirty , Toilet was stained, the walls were paper thin so you could hear other peoples conversation. I hated the stay.

This is an older La Quinta property that appears to have been updated recently. It's located off a busy road next to I-10. The area seemed a bit seedy, so I was not comfortable going out after dark. My wife and I stay at LaQuintas every once in a while. This one is a little worn but the rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty standard for La Quinta. I think that the rates at this La Quinta are pretty reasonable, the location was good and the desk staff was helpful. I would stay here again.

For the price, I could not have asked for a better room.
