Basic Residence Inn. Practical and functional. Clean, large, spartan rooms with full kitchen.Nnew carpets throughout hotel.$75 fee for dog per stay. Published rule is 25lbs max, but they allow any size. But as always, better call ahead to confirm there has been no change to their policy. I usually stay in nicer hotels, but this serve its purpose very well... More

Thank you for your review. We are one of the few "pet friendly" hotels in Orlando. We understand the difficulty of finding good accommodations while traveling with your pet family members. Our fee is $75.00 per stay and our limit is posted as 25lbs but we are flexible. I am happy to see you enjoyed your stay and we hope... More

I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and our staff was friendly. With so many choices in the Orlando area we realize we must provide 110% friendly service to keep our guest returning, and this is always what we strive for. You are correct. We are in the process of updating our facilities to better serve our guests.... More

We made our reservation in December for an April convention, but the hotel oversold. We knew ahead of time we had a late flight, but this was an unpleasant and unexpected surprise. The hotel sent us elsewhere and paid for our room. That was fair enough, but we were sent to a "pet-friendly" room in another Residence Inn. The room... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your response on Trip Advisor. We truly value all of our guests and do our very best not to relocate anyone. Due to unforeseen circumstances during this week we did relocated a few of our guests and I greatly apologize for this. On those rare occasions when we do need to relocate... More

We stayed here for 7 nights during spring break in a 1 bedroom suite that was quite spacious. It included a kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave and stovetop and cooking utensils. We asked for a cutting board and they promptly brought up a brand new one. Staff is very friendly. Pros: Location: 10 mins from Universal, 20 from... More

I am happy to see you enjoyed your time here at our location. Thank you for your positive comments. Our rooms are very spacious and do have fully equipped kitchens. We do our best to provide a "home away from home" for all of our guests. We do recognize that our property was in need of a update or "facelift".... More

We understand that there is a need to update our hotel on a regular basis and we are committed to proving a comfortable clean hotel. I am happy to report that since your stay we have installed new wallpaper and carpet in our hallways. This gives the hallways a very fresh look and smell. We have also completed our renovations... We were spending 1 night in Orlando and we got a (relative) bargain at this Residence Inn. We've stayed at the SpringHill Suite that is right next door, so we were familiar with the area. Check-in was quick. The room itself was just like the other Residence Inns we've stayed in. No complaints about the cleanliness. It was pretty "muggy"... More

I am glad to see you enjoyed your stay with us last month. I am also happy to hear that you were able to take advantage of our large breakfast selection. We have a large breakfast buffet and can usually accommodate even our "picky" eaters. We do know that these hot months in Florida can sometime get a little sticky... More

We stayed for five nights while visiting Orlando. We were late in deciding to make the trip and this Residence Inn was the most resonably priced in the area with two bedrooms. It's a typical Residence Inn and gets a lot of wear and tear from all the Disney traffic. The staff was pleasant, but here is the weird thing:... More

This hotel was very clean and had friendly service with an excellent morning buffet. I didn't use them .. but the exercise facilities and pool also looked very good. The room was comfortable and quiet BUT. The entire facility has the feeling of being over the hill. There are obvious signs of significant wear in the elevator and all the... More

We stay at the Residence Inn in Philadelphia a couple times a year, it is BEAUTIFUL. This property was pretty worn. It did look like they were renovating so hopefully it's on the upswing. The room was OK but the maid service was terrible. More

I picked this hotel because of its location and it was perfect. It was located off IDrive, actually the universal Blvd side which runs parallel to IDrive so if you want to avoid the traffic use Universal Blvd to get around. It was close to tons of great chain and local restaurants and a Walgreens, pointe Orlando for shopping and... More
