The hotel is in a good location, just outside of the University of Central Florida. The surrounding area is pleasant, with plenty of chain-style restaurants available. The overall service in the hotel was very good, but terrific service every morning from Kathy and Shaleeza. They made me feel very welcome each day.

Stayed 2 weeks while relocating . They treat you like family. Great staff and nice rooms. Special thanks to front desk staff, Mary in the bar, Nema in the Kitchen and Jeff doing the all around work. They even have a talented piano player!!!!

Hotel with nice surrounding very close from Siemens HQ. I found the room very old fashion and need renovation. Fridge was noisy. The carpets need replace. Rooms are big. Breakfast was good, even the coffee, something not always granted for European in the USA.

Conveniently we are very close to UCF, the elevator is fast, parking is easy, the water pressure is great, the staff is friendly, the pool is nice, comfortable bed, however, the night we checked in we walked into the room and it smelled like mold, the next day we had a rain storm and there was a loud dripping noise... While staying at the Holiday Inn at UCF, my husband and I ate breakfast at the hotel every morning. The waiting staff in the restaurant area was very friendly and helpful. Shaleeza, Kathy and Sam did an excellent job of helping and serving us!

This is an older hotel located just off the corner of Alafaya Trail and University Blvd across the road from the University of Central Florida.
