We just got back from Puerto Rico last night after spending from Jan 16 'till yesterday @ the Wingate.
The personnel was very helpful and courteous.
Rooms where in top shape, microwave/fridge, TV was pretty nice, tons of channels available including HBO.

Accomodated our needs for 2 connecting rooms. Rooms clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Charlotte gave us good advice. Breakfast was good but boring after 2-3 days. We stayed here Jan 1 to Jan 5, 2012. We booked this room as part of a Harry Potter Universal package because it met what we were looking for--close to Universal, queen beds, decent breakfast, microwave/refrigerator, and hot tub.
