Our family stayed at the Royal Palms and loved it. We had four generations staying and everyone was pleased and all needs were met. Awesome place to stay if going to amusement parks as a family. They have great amenities and the rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Even though the infrastructure (outside building and room size) look good the service is just terrible! They did not clean the room, the beds were not made up and we even found cockroaches! Will definitely not come back and would recommend to avoid this hotel!!!

Our only concern with our stay was using a holiday gift card to pay part of our bill. I didn't know how much was on the gift card. The person at the desk checked and told me it was for $25, which he subtracted from the bill. I found out later that day that the gift card was for $50.... More
