As you walk in the room the musty smell is the first thing you notice. I then noticed the clean but old and outdated furniture. It was in only so so condition. Small dated room but it was clean. Hallway carpet stained. Elevator closest to our room was not working. Nice size room with a sitting area and pull out sofa. Close to all attractions with strip mall with restaurants across the street. Bathroom needs updating. To start with, the staff is extremely attentive and cooperative. As other reviewers have noted, the hotel is somewhat dated as Courtyards typically go - I'd use the phrase "Looks Tired" to describe it.
