Nice enough place and people. Good room in 2 BR and 2 bath. Problem is that despite the driving service (not free, it's about same cost as taxis) and that the convention center/Hilton/Peabody are just across the Interstate, the drive to get around is annoying too far and costly to warrant the savings in lodging.
